Lucas Oliver-Frost

Mr. Oliver-Frost specializes in the areas of information technology/media, licensing and distribution, cross-border M&A, corporate and commercial advisory and employment law.
Prior to joining TA Lawyers Tokyo Mr. Oliver-Frost was a solicitor at major law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney, was seconded by Corrs to a capital markets law firm in Tokyo, and was for three years head of finance and business affairs for a multiple-Academy Award winning entertainment company in the United States. Thereafter he was for six years with a large Japanese law firm as a partner.
With his Japanese legal team he presently acts for a large number of listed and multinational corporations, interactive game companies, publishers and consumer brands doing business in Japan.
