    Mr. Oliver-Frost specializes in the areas of information technology/media, licensing and distribution, cross-border M&A, corporate and commercial advisory and employment law.

    Prior to joining TA Lawyers Tokyo Mr. Oliver-Frost was a solicitor at major law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney, was seconded by Corrs to a capital markets law firm in Tokyo, and was for three years head of finance and business affairs for a multiple-Academy Award winning entertainment company in the United States. Thereafter he was for six years with a large Japanese law firm as a partner.

    With his Japanese legal team he presently acts for a large number of listed and multinational corporations, software and interactive game companies, publishers, medical device and consumer brands doing business in Japan. He was voted an Asialaw Leading Lawyer in 2009.
